Our
Community of Practice
A community of practice is a new organizational
form that is emerging and being recognized in many organizations
and spaces that rely on knowledge. Communities of practice galvanize
knowledge, sharing, learning and change. EcoSol Consulting
Inc.’s community of practice is a group of people informally
bound together by shared expertise and passion for a shared vision.
This community gives us the support, knowledge and expertise we
need to work effectively with a variety of clients and issues, while
maintaining a flexible and open climate for innovation and creativity.
This diverse group of individuals,
consultants, colleagues, and mentors create an interdependent web
that informs, sustains and builds our practice. We share knowledge
in free-flowing creative ways that foster new approaches and learning.
We are self-organizing, informal and build fluid, flexible processes
and structures for working together. Collectively we are able to
push beyond boundaries, generate creative approaches to addressing
complex issues, and provide the best possible service to each client
with whom we work.
We honor and respect each element of
our community of practice, and the linkages it provides to a global
network of innovation, knowledge, inspiration and passion. We proudly
acknowledge them. They are:
